Centro Community Partners Wins a PayPal Community Impact Grant!

We are pleased to announce that Centro Community Partners has been chosen as one of the recipients of the PayPal Community Impact Grant, which will provide generous support of $20,000. This grant acknowledges our organization’s hard work and dedication to supporting entrepreneurs and underserved communities.

About the PayPal Community Impact Grants Program

The PayPal Community Impact Grant Program is a collaborative initiative where PayPal employees vote to decide which local nonprofits will receive support. Our organization has been chosen to receive one of these grants this year following a selection process that took place from August 2023 to July 2024. These grants aim to form partnerships that increase economic opportunities and transform commerce in communities around the globe.

Benefits

As part of this program, Centro will have access to a number of valuable resources provided by PayPal, including:

• A $20,000 Community Impact Grant: These funds will be used to strengthen our initiatives and programs that seek to empower underserved entrepreneurs in the SF Bay Area.

• Dedicated PayPal Relationship Manager: A direct contact at PayPal to ensure we get the most out of this collaboration.

• Access to PayPal’s Volunteer Employees: PayPal professionals who will volunteer their time and skills to support our activities.

• PayPal Donation Fund: Available in markets where applicable, this fund will expand our reach and impact in the community.
